UNAUTHORIZED AND PIRATED MUSIC PRODUCT
We inform the public that the CD and vinyl releases promoted under the title “Into the Cyber Death” are unauthorized and pirated versions, containing low-quality recordings of 17 copyrighted works belonging to HARDWARE.
These materials are being commercially exploited without authorization and are currently under legal dispute before the National Copyright Institute (INDAUTOR, Mexico) under case No. 206/98.402/772 “2025”, as well as in state courts.
The label Dark Recollections Productions has distributed this material (DRP 142) in CD and vinyl formats (1,000 copies each), using the HARDWARE name and works without authorization, constituting unlawful exploitation of protected intellectual property.
No license or consent has been granted for these uses. These actions mislead consumers, harm legitimate distribution, and violate copyright laws in Mexico and international treaties.

The name and musical work of the group HARDWARE are registered with the National Institute of Copyright of Mexico (INDAUTOR). The Copyright Registration Number: 03-2024-070310000800-14 certifies that the intellectual property of 17 songs by the group HARDWARE under the compilation names CYBER DEATH, SOULS VORTEX and BACK TO THE VORTEX, are authored by Juan Carlos Guerrero Magallón, a copy attached which is verifiable by means of the QR code.
HARDWARE COPYRIGHT
Also there is the certificate issued by the Copyright Reservation Directorate of the National Copyright Institute for the Exclusive Rights Reservation (Artistic Name – HARDWARE), Registration Number: 04-2025-062512544900-401. This certificate covers the name, logo, and conceptual identity, and is granted in favor of Juan Carlos Rafael Guerrero Magallón, conferring exclusive rights for the use of the stage name “HARDWARE,” as well as the associated logo and related images.
Registration issued by the U.S. Copyright Office of North America for the work of the group HARDWARE; BACK TO THE VORTEX containing 17 tracks plus logo and concept art in the name of Juan Carlos Rafael Guerrero Magallón.
