 https://www.facebook.com/rodolfo.gregorio.cuevas/   are NOT official HARDWARE products and do not represent the history, legacy, or artistic trajectory of the original HARDWARE band.

These pages are promoting unauthorized and counterfeit products, including low-quality recordings, pirated CDs, vinyl records, t-shirts, and other merchandise that unlawfully use the HARDWARE name, logo, visual identity, and copyrighted musical works without the authorization of the copyright owner.

These publications use the HARDWARE name, imagery, history, promotional materials, and artistic identity in connection with individuals who are not authorized to represent the original HARDWARE project, creating the appearance that another musical formation is the official or legitimate continuation of HARDWARE.

This use of HARDWARE's identity may mislead fans, promoters, media outlets, venues, collectors, and distributors regarding the identity, authorization, and affiliation of the persons being promoted. No authorization has been granted by the rights holder for third parties to represent themselves as the official HARDWARE band or to use HARDWARE's protected materials for that purpose.

Among the counterfeit products being promoted are releases under the title “Into the Cyber Death”, an unauthorized compilation containing low-quality recordings of 17 copyrighted HARDWARE compositions. These materials have been reproduced and distributed by Dark Recollections Productions without authorization from the rights holder and have been promoted through Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.

The commercialization and exploitation of these materials are currently the subject of legal proceedings before the National Copyright Institute (INDAUTOR, Mexico), Case No. 206/98.402/772 “2025”, as well as related legal actions.

No license, authorization, or consent has been granted for the manufacture, reproduction, promotion, distribution, sale, public communication, or commercial exploitation of these products and protected materials.

These unauthorized releases, merchandise, and social media representations may cause consumers and members of the metal community to believe that they are associated with or officially authorized by the legitimate HARDWARE project, creating confusion while potentially infringing copyright and other intellectual property rights protected under Mexican law and applicable international treaties.
