We wish to inform fans, promoters, media outlets, and the metal community that the following Facebook page is unauthorized and is using the official promotional artwork and advertising materials for HARDWARE's upcoming performance at Rotten Fest Salamanca without the permission of the copyright owner:

The content published through this page reproduces the HARDWARE name, logo, promotional artwork, and official concert advertising created for the band's first official live performance after its reunion at Rotten Fest Salamanca on December 5, 2026, without authorization.
The page also publishes statements and allegations concerning the band and the event that, in our view, are inaccurate and are likely to mislead the public, create confusion among fans, and interfere with the promotion and successful organization of the festival.
The only official announcement regarding HARDWARE's participation in Rotten Fest Salamanca has been issued through the band's authorized representatives and official communication channels.
The unauthorized use of HARDWARE's copyrighted promotional materials, trademarks, artistic identity, and concert advertising infringes our intellectual property rights and creates confusion regarding the official status of the event.
We respectfully request that Facebook remove the infringing content and take appropriate action against the page identified above for the unauthorized use of copyrighted material and misleading representation.

The Copyright Registration Number: 03-2024-070310000800-14 certifies that the intellectual property of 17 songs by the group HARDWARE under the compilation names CYBER DEATH, SOULS VORTEX and BACK TO THE VORTEX, are authored by Juan Carlos Guerrero Magallón, a copy attached which is verifiable by means of the QR code.

This certificate covers the name, logo, and conceptual identity, and is granted in favor of Juan Carlos Rafael Guerrero Magallón, conferring exclusive rights for the use of the stage name “HARDWARE,” as well as the associated logo and related images.
